Noobwarfare: Project Relaunch

Yeah, I know some old members are going to be extremely annoyed, but due to the first competition we ran on the site we felt like we had no choice but to wipe, relaunch and try again.

Simply put, giving out keys for Heroes of Newerth was the worst mistake I ever made on a website, as the keys themsevles attracted abolsute retards to the site in droves. Even when we ran out of keys the assault continued with people from Chile and Hungery basically raping the site.

I've taken a few lessons from this. First of all im never running a "post for keys" competition again, im going to rely on a script on the main site to hand them out fo whatever drooling idiots manage to get to the site.

Second is that im never going to use a scheme like the one above to try and get a forum off the ground.

Third is that if I ever find any pathetic lame forums linking to MY website and telling their members to spam there for keys, I will personally register on their site and rape the hell out of it, as well as treat their admins like shit.

Unfortunately people will need to register again, but hopefully with the trash cleared we can start catering to people who are intrested in a broad range of gaming rather than rejects who are obsessed with DOTA, and only want a betakey for some shit game cos they are too cheap to pay for the released product.

Taking things forward, the forums are set up far better than before with features I had on hold before already in before this post was up. There are a few more im debating about adding but they will be sorted soon enough.

Aside from that, there is nothing much else to say at this point other than welcome to the nice new clean forums, and that anyone who registers and asks for a HoN key will have their e-mail address harvested and signed up to every porn site I can find, especially the sick as fuck ones.
